PLAY LIGHT DOWN
Dama in collaboration with Kostis Kilymis have created Play Light Down based on the idea of the human body as an agent of electricity. Two dancers and one musician, all on stage, introduce a series of games where the physical presence undergoes transmission, generation and storage of power.
Dama is an artistic duo (Maria Sideri & Danai Pappa) involved in performance and research focusing on the human body as its primary tool. Kostis Kilymis is a sonic artist working in a multiplicity of applications and contexts.

LAUGH & CRY
Shifting through a series of contagious motions and emotions, Laugh & Cry reveals the stark differences between public and private personas.

CROSSINGS
This piece looks at the particularity of busy crossings in big cities such as London and Tokyo. Movement of traffic and pedestrians create particular patterns at the designated time and space; gestures reflect what is on citizens minds. How can this social phenomenon be transformed into a dance performance?

PAPER PREDICTED
… memory is the necessity of renewal. - Gilles Deleuze (1988)
paper predicted is a piece which emerges from the practice of making drawings after being a part of a dance. It deals with the act of remembering and renders perceivable the process of recalling a personal path in Square Dances by Rosemary Lee, creating a new sensorial event.
